By commissioning me, you're agreeing to the terms below.1. Commission Process:
-Clients must submit a commission request through Instagram (robot_catz) , Discord (roboqqq).
-I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, with or without explanation.
2. Pricing and Payment:
-Payment must be made in full after the sketch is done.
-Payment methods accepted are PayPal (and Mobilepay and bank transfer for Finnish clients).
-All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
-If you need the drawing on a tight timeframe or as soon as possible, you can pay an additional 50% fee of your drawing’s base price to get it done on your schedule.
-Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission!
3. Artistic Freedom:
-The client may provide specific details and references, but the final artwork is ultimately at my discretion.
4. Revisions:
-Minor revisions may be requested during the sketch phase.
-Major revisions requested after the sketch phase may incur additional charges.
5. Delivery:
-I only do digital art, so commissions will not be printed or sent to you.
-The completed artwork will be delivered digitally, for example, via email.
6. Copyright and Usage:
-My artwork is for personal use only! Unless otherwise discussed prior.
-My art cannot be used for NFTs or training AI.
-You are not allowed to remove my watermark.
-Use for icons, banners, etc is okay with credit!
-I may post your finished commission on my pages. Unless asked not to beforehand.
7. Cancellation:
-You have the right to cancel the commission before work has started, with a full refund provided.
-If I need to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
8. Refunds:
-Refunds will not be issued once work has commenced. (Unless I need to cancel)
9. Communication:
-I will send you work in progress pictures during the process. Please take a close look at the wips to see if everything is drawn correctly. I'm not required to fix those things later.
-You can ask for updates at any time.
